* Attention: Roofing & Remodeling Contractors + Homeowners that
want to replace your own roof or have remodeling debris. I will deliver
a dump trailer to your location & pick it up using my truck for
only ($65.00)($85.00 for 14Ft PJ). I have 3 trailers available.1st trailer is a 6-1/2ft x14ft
(PJ) with 3ft 4" sides and will be able to hold 40 Sq of
roofing or 10,000 Lbs. 2nd is a 7x10 (Downeaster) with 4ft sides that will hold 24sq
of roofing or 7000 lbs. 3rd trailer is a 6x10 Deckover with 3ft 5"
sides that will hold 24sq of roofing or 7000 lbs. You can figure the
rough roofing weight of shingles at 250 Lbs Per Sq (10 Sq would equal
2500 Lbs).
* Dump fees are currently $45.00 a ton (2000 lbs). I require
(155.00) Deposit (Cash or Check). A rental agreement will have to be
signed upon trailer delivery by either the Homeowner or Contractor and
a Current N.Y.S. Drivers License will have to be provided for
Identification. Deposit will include trailer delivery + removal and up
to (4000 lbs) 2 tons of dump fees. If you go over the 4000 lbs you will
be responsible for any extra dump fees. If your load is under the 4000
lbs I will refund you any difference or credit your Account. I will let
you take up to 2 days to load the trailer before I pick it up. I will
deliver the trailer up to 15 miles one way from my location in South
Buffalo.
* I do not make money off dump fees. I charge you what they charge me
and I will provide you with a copy of the original weight receipt.
Consider 32.50 to deliver the trailer to your location + 32.50 to
remove it is not expensive. I'm a owner operator so my operating
expenses are low. Call different Dumpster company's and see what they
will charge. Other dumpster company's can't compete with me as there
overhead is very high. You are actually using my dump trailer for FREE!
You are only paying me for my Time + Truck + Fuel. You can't even rent
a Dump Trailer for less than $80.00 per day + dump fees. You will also
have to haul the trailer with your own Truck.
* If you have more debris at your location than can fit in one
trailer load and you need another trailer I will Discount the Trucking
Fee if both loads are completed in the same day. I will not leave the
dump trailer at your job site when it is filled as customers usually
want it removed as soon as possible. I have 4 regular contractors that

Terms & Conditions:
I,_________________________________________ (Print) (Customer requesting service) agree to the following terms and conditions for the rental of described services.
1. PRICING & PAYMENT:
1. Customer agrees to pay $_____________(base fee) for the_____________Lb, Trailer. Dump trailer includes up to__________tons, however due to strict weight limitations as well as associated dump fees any additional materials will be billed at $________________per ton above __________tons.
2. Customer is responsible for any additional fees assessed by the landfill for certain items such as tires, appliances, etc.
3. This dump trailer includes use for up to_______days. If a dump trailer is kept for longer than_______days there will be an additional fee of $25.00 per day.
4. Payment for all base fees as well as any known rental time will be due upon delivery of the trailer. Any additional fees due to overweight or other fees not paid for upon delivery are due within 7 days of trailer being picked up.
5. Any unpaid balance after 7 days will start to accrue 15% interest from the date of pickup until paid in full. There will be a minimum of a $25.00 late fee.
2. USE OF DUMP TRAILER:
1. While the dump trailer is in your possession, you will NOT:
1. Place or allow to be placed into the dump trailer.
1. Substances hazardous to health such as Toxic or Corrosive materials or liquids.
2. Any liquids of any kind whether contained or not.
3. Cans, Drums or other containers of any kind unless they are empty & crushed; so incapable of carrying any liquid.
4. Any other material not listed above however considered unsuitable for containment e.g. malodorous waste; Including but not limited to: Asbestos, Paint, Oil, Tires, Gas Bottle, Propane Tanks, Fridges, Freezers, TVs, Fluorescent Tubes, Vehicle Batteries, Medical Waste, Computer Monitors, Liquids & Solvents, Animal Carcasses.
5. Extremely heavy materials such as Dirt, Rock or Concrete. Please let me know as I can help you dispose of such items in a more environmentally & cost efficient manner.
2. Fill the dump trailer higher than the top of its sides and in such a manner as to prevent spillage of material from the trailer either while stationary or in transit.
3. Light fires in the trailer.
4. Customer will not move or let anyone else move trailer around or off property from original drop point. Hitch lock will be provided to discourage theft. (Written or Verbal Permission from Timothy Booth will be needed if you want to move the trailer)
5. Customer is responsible for any damages to the trailer other than normal wear and tear while it is in the customers possession.
3. ACCESS & GROUND CONDITIONS:
1. The customer will be responsible for the provision of free and suitable access to & from the delivery site (Including the removal and reinstatement of local obstructions) and for ensuring suitable ground conditions for the delivery, placement and removal of the trailer. No responsibility will be accepted for the damage to any surface (e.g. paving slabs,soft ground) before & after delivery.
2. Should the dump trailer cause damage to the concrete or asphalt during delivery or removal. Timothy Booth is only responsible if this is due to my negligence.
4. GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT: The customers signature on this rental agreement will constitute both their corporate and personal guarantee to Timothy Booth that it's invoices will be paid in full, including any overages or penalties incurred.
